The day will begin with breakfast, followed by departure for Troy through the narrow Hellespont, also known as the "Sea of Helen" in classical Greece. According to Greek mythology, this is the place where Helen fell while fleeing with her brother Phrixus on the back of the ram with the golden fleece. The name Dardanelles derives from Dardanus, who was the son of Zeus and Electra. We will then visit the ancient city of Troy, which is known as the setting for Homer's Iliad and Odyssey. Additionally, we will provide commentary on Priapus. Overnight accommodation will be in Çanakkale. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, we will depart for Kuşadası, stopping along the way to visit Pergamum. At the acropolis, we will be able to see the preserved temples of Zeus, Demeter, and Athena. We will also visit Asclepion, a sanctuary dedicated to the god of health, Asclepius, who is often depicted holding a cane and surrounded by a snake. Asclepius is the son of Apollo, and his daughter Hygia is considered the first nurse. We will also do a panoramic tour in İzmir before arriving at our accommodation in Kuşadası.
